Shipping Address Modification
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.Please note
- Order changes may not be possible after the first hour, as most orders begin shipping from our warehouses within an hour.
- If the package has already shipped, we will contact the carrier to request an address change, but some carriers do not support this service.
- If the change is unsuccessful, you may either receive the package at the original address or contact the carrier to refuse delivery.
- If you contact us outside of customer service working hours, we may not be able to respond immediately, but rest assured we will process your request as soon as our team is back online.
You can explain the situation to The Deskmill’s Customer Service via email/phone/live chat and provide the new information such as the recipient's name, phone number, email address and address.
Our logistics partners provide door-to-door delivery, which typically means your order will be delivered to your front door. However, in some cases (e.g. no elevator access, restricted buildings), couriers may only deliver to the ground floor or entrance. If upstairs delivery isn’t available, many customers:
- Use a trolley or cart
- Ask a neighbor for help
- Hire local help
We require our logistics partners to provide door-to-door delivery. However, we understand that in reality, some couriers may not bring the package directly to your door, even though they report it as such. If you encounter this situation, we encourage you to call and file a complaint. This not only helps protect your rights but also contributes to improving the overall logistics service quality in your community.
